Simply one of the funniest books I have ever read.

It is hard to write humor-I know, I have tried. And it is even harder to makes golf funny to a non-golfer like me.

But this books succeeds, in spades. While I am not a golfer, I had trouble reading some sections, as my eyes were tearing so from laughing. I also highly recommend his "Art of Coarse Sailing".

Highly recommended.

Hilarious look at golfing - how to do it, how to pretend you can do it.
My favourite tip is that if you are scoring badly on a hole, just concede the hole. That way your card gets marked as one stroke more than your opponent's number of swings. Your score won't look too bad at the end of the day. Green says he knows someone who got admittance to a golf club in this way, by playing with the club pro and conceding every hole so he got a good card to show.

My favourites by this British author are Even Coarser Rugby and Art of Coarse Sailing.
I enjoyed this book immensley, a book for all ages. I now have to type a load of rubbish to get the word count to twenty
